How long does shipping take?
Each piece is made-to-order: 2-5 business days of production + 6-8 business days of shipping within Mexico = 8-13 business days total from order confirmation. Free shipping on orders over $999 MXN.
Can I make returns?
Because pieces are made-to-order, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. You have 14 days from delivery to report the issue with a photo to contacto@thearoids.com.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page has a size guide. Our tees have an oversized fit. If between sizes, choose the smaller one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe with SSL encryption.
